Claridge Madrid Hotel

The staff were first class, always willing to help and their English skills were superb. The food, including breakfast, was first class and I enjoyed every bite. The parking facilities were great, although I would have liked it to be free. Nonetheless, the rooms were perfect with easy-to-set air conditioning. The room service was also excellent, with reasonably priced options. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short bus ride away from the train station, the main square, and all the shopping streets. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The only downsides to my New Year stay were the terrible WiFi and the lack of carpet-free rooms. The WiFi was slow and I couldn't even send emails due to the insufficient bandwidth.

We requested a quiet room and were given one in the corner of the floor. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the metro station, making it easy to access any public transportation. it is close to a beautiful park, a bonus for us as we enjoy outdoor activities. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the bakery items.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated at a busy traffic junction with easy access to public transportation. It was great being able to explore the city easily from here. The hotel staff were amazing, from the friendly doorman to the helpful front desk staff. They even granted my request for a room upgrade. The room itself was spotless and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar, where I enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. the service and comfort provided at this hotel were exceptional.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

My stay at Claridge was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to various attractions and public transportation. The rooms werenice and neat, providing a cozy environment for a good night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the really good service provided by Najib, were really nice to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

We had a quadruple room at Claridge and it was spacious enough for our family of four. The room had four single beds which were comfortable, and there was ample space for our belongings. Despite being next to a busy roundabout, when the windows were closed, we hardly heard any traffic noise. The hotel's proximity to the metro and a supermarket made it convenient for us. The staff was generally prompt and polite in their service. we had a comfortable and convenient stay at Claridge.

We had a delightful stay here! The location is great, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious, with great amenities like air conditioning and a minibar. But our favorite thing was the friendly and accommodating staff, from the bellhop to the restaurant workers.

We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
